Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Unsaid Feelings, which is owned and operated by One Big Media Company LLC. By creating an account, paying for premium services, or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Who May Use The Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use Unsaid Feelings. You may use it only if you can form a binding agreement with One Big Media Company LLC and you use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account.
What The Service Does
Unsaid Feelings is a private emotional writing and reflection platform. It is not a messaging delivery service, medical tool, therapy provider, crisis line, or legal advice product. Content you write is private to your account and is never sent to the people you write to. If you choose to share an entry with the community, that shared copy becomes visible to other members as described below.
If something you write suggests you may be in danger, the app may show crisis resources. This check happens on your device; no one is contacted on your behalf. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
Community Sharing
Sharing is optional. When you share, other signed-in members can read the shared text, the name you chose, any recipient label and mood you added, and gentle reaction counts. You can delete your shared posts at any time; this does not delete your private entry.
Do not share anyone’s full name, contact details, or information that could identify or harm them. Links, email addresses and phone numbers are not allowed. Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam and content encouraging self-harm are prohibited. Members can report posts and block other members. Posts reported by several people are hidden until reviewed, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
User Content
You retain ownership of the text, images, audio, video, contacts, moments, and other material you upload or create in the platform. You grant One Big Media Company LLC a limited right to host, process, back up, secure, and display that content only as necessary to operate and improve the service for you.
You must not upload unlawful content, malicious code, infringing material, doxxing content, sexual exploitation material, threats, or content that violates the rights, privacy, or safety of others.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the service, scrape restricted data, interfere with security features, evade plan limits, abuse payment systems, create fraudulent accounts, or use the platform for harassment, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
Paid Features And Billing
Premium features are billed through Stripe and may be offered on monthly or yearly recurring plans. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Pricing, taxes, billing intervals, and renewal dates are shown at checkout or in billing management screens. If payment fails, premium access may be downgraded, suspended, or limited.
Privacy And Cookies
Use of the platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. The service uses essential cookies, local storage, and session storage to support authentication, security, media preferences, legal acceptance records, and core app functionality.
Account Deletion
If you create an account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Deletion pathways must remain reasonably discoverable inside the app and through our public privacy choices resource. Certain information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, and any such retention will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Availability And Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, storage limits, mood music libraries, premium tools, or integrations at any time. We may also revise these terms. Material updates will be presented through the platform or by other reasonable notice. Continued use after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security or payment risk, or if continued access would expose the service, users, or providers to harm or liability.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. One Big Media Company LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content will be preserved without incident. You should maintain your own backups of any material that is especially important to you.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Big Media Company LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, emotional distress, data loss, service interruption, or third-party claims arising from or related to the service. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to One Big Media Company LLC for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One Big Media Company LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
