Delete your account

Unsaid Feelings is made by One Big Media Company LLC. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Unsaid Feelings on iPhone, Android or the web, sign in, then go to Settings › Delete account › Delete my account. Your account is deleted right away. You can download a copy of your data first from Settings › Download my data.

Without the app

Email support@onebigmediacompany.com from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.

What is deleted

Your profile, email address and sign-in, entries, voice notes, photos and videos, contacts, moments, letters, journal notes, shared posts, replies, messages, candles and Light balance.

What we keep, and for how long

Copies in encrypted backups and logs are erased within 30 days. Payment records required for tax and accounting law are kept for as long as the law requires (usually up to 7 years); they don’t include anything you wrote.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account cancels a membership bought on the website. A membership bought in the iPhone or Android app is billed by Apple or Google, so please also cancel it there: on iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
