Affiliate Program Terms

The Unsaid Feelings Affiliate Program is operated by One Big Media Company LLC. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Joining the program
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement. Applications require our approval. Keep your account and payment information accurate. Participation does not make you an employee, agent, or spokesperson for One Big Media Company LLC.
Commission and attribution
The standard campaign pays 30% recurring commission on eligible paid web memberships attributed to your affiliate link or assigned promo code in PromoteKit. Commissions continue for the life of an eligible referred membership while it remains paid and eligible. The referral-link cookie window is 60 days; browser settings, storage deletion, or competing referrals can affect attribution. Promo codes can attribute a purchase when used at checkout. PromoteKit records determine attribution; contact us about errors.
The program covers Held and Sanctuary memberships bought on the website through Stripe, and Held and Sanctuary memberships bought in the iPhone and Android apps through the App Store or Google Play when the member's account carries your referral: from your link opened before they joined, from the Google Play install that link led to, or from your code entered at sign-up or in Settings within 60 days of joining. A member's referral is set once and can't be moved to another affiliate. For App Store and Google Play purchases, commission is 30% of the amount we receive after the store's fee (for example, 30% of $33.99 on a $39.99 yearly membership with a 15% store fee), recorded when the store confirms each payment; free trials and test purchases earn nothing. In the apps, codes don't change the price. Light packs and gift purchases are not included. Free signups do not earn commission. Discounts reduce the amount paid and the resulting commission. Refunds, chargebacks, cancelled payments, fraud, or duplicate attribution can reverse or adjust commissions. No earnings or number of referrals is guaranteed.
Discount codes
MIA and MONAMI give customers 15% off the first eligible membership payment only. Later payments are at the standard price. Codes do not create a free trial, lifetime discount, or discount on purchases outside their configured scope. Use only the codes assigned or authorized for your account; do not claim another affiliate's code.
Payouts
The campaign uses USD and Net-15 payout terms, as shown in the portal. Under Net-15, payouts for each month become due on the 15th of the following month; bank settlement may take longer. Eligible commissions must be included in a funded payout batch. The campaign adds no minimum, but Stripe Connect enforces a $20 minimum per affiliate before a payout is eligible. Stripe Connect onboarding, required identity or tax information, and a supported payout account must be complete before payment can be made. Processing and banking times may vary. Affiliates are responsible for their own applicable taxes.
Honest promotion
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship next to your recommendation or link. For example: “I may earn a commission if you join through my link or code.” If you own, work for, or have a family relationship with the brand, disclose that too. A disclosure must be easy to notice in the post, video, or other content itself; a profile notice alone is not enough. Follow the FTC's endorsement disclosure guidance and applicable local rules.
Describe Unsaid Feelings as a private place for writing and reflection. Do not claim that it provides therapy, medical treatment, crisis response, guaranteed healing, or guaranteed results. Share only truthful experiences. Do not target children or use someone's grief, private information, or distress to pressure them into a purchase.
Prohibited activity
No spam, deceptive claims, impersonation, fake accounts, self-referrals, fabricated purchases, cookie stuffing, unauthorized coupon distribution, or attempts to bypass tracking or commission controls. Do not bid on Unsaid Feelings brand search terms, register confusingly similar domains or accounts, or present your content as our official support channel without written permission. Do not collect customers' journal entries, credentials, payment information, or other private content.
Brand use and ending participation
You may use approved Unsaid Feelings brand materials only to promote the program accurately. We may remove misleading content, suspend participation, or withhold disputed or fraudulent commissions while we investigate. You may stop promoting at any time and contact us to close your affiliate account. Legitimately earned eligible commissions remain subject to the payout and reversal rules above. We may update the program prospectively and will communicate material changes through the portal or account email.
